Ten Second Review
BMW 6 Series Coupe lease review - The elegant and eye catching design of the 6 series is only enhanced in the coupe model which we have here. With a sharper overall design and a fiercely powerful engine the new 6 series coupe is very hard to discount. Even the interior and technology on the dashboard surpasses what most people would expect from such a car. This is a great entry level car to the performance/supercar market, if you're looking for something like a Maserati but can't quite get together the high cost this is a fantastic substitute.

The six series is a powerful motor designed mostly for the motorway cruise and as a long distance machine. This is a fuel hungry beast that comes with a 3.0 litre turbocharged petrol engine as standard, although the 3.0 litre twin turbo diesel is the best of the bunch, coming with 309bhp but an effortless automatic gearbox and plenty of low-rev power.

The adaptive drive in this is a great function, and will change performance dependant on comfort or sports modes, although this is a more luxury model and therefore has plenty of weight to throw around the corners. That being said, it is one of the sportier coupes in the range, and is styled nicely as such, leaving the angular lines of its predecessors for an aerodynamic body shape that looks fantastic and will cut out wind noise. Inside this model looks just as good, with a well laid out dashboard up front with plenty of equipment to cover its façade while in the back the upholstery looks great bit it does suffer from the sports styling, you’ll have a hard time fitting adults in there.

This is certainly a more practical car for two, with plenty of space in the front end of the cabin and heated leather seats to enjoy. In terms of additional kit this car is well equipped, with sat-nav, Bluetooth and dual-zone climate control all coming as standard with a decent touchscreen system to boot. The boot itself that can handle plenty and comes with a ski flap, although you will get more space and practicality with the 5 series.

Finally this comes with plenty of safety features that are again skewed towards the front seats, including front and side airbags and stability controls to keep you safe on the roads, while deadlocks and an alarm are fitted to keep the car safe when parked. This is a great lease for businessmen and those with smaller families that still enjoy a sporty model on the road with plenty of kit, and if your daily life takes you across the country or on a long commute this would be a great model to live with.
