Ford Tourneo Connect Lease Review - Within the Tourneo model line, there are a few different models to choose from. The five-seater is the Tourneo Connect. (The Grand Tourneo Connect has room for seven). A variety of engines ranging from a 1.0 litre to a 1.6 litre petrol or a 1.6 litre diesel are available to you. Ford’s Eco Boost technology gives even the smaller engines a lift during accelerating.
Got gear? The Tourneo can take it. Sliding rear doors and a low entrance make it easy to get in and large boots make it simple to take everything with you. The 60/40 rear seat split is convenient for sliding in larger items, or if you really need a lot of room, the rear seats can be removed entirely. That last option more than doubles the boot space up to a generous 2410 litres.
Inside the cabin you will find an optional sunroof to go with the sizable passenger windows to enable you to have tons of natural light inside. The steering wheel is adjustable for each driver and the stereo comes equipped with Bluetooth for easy controlling of your phone when it’s plugged in. Optional packages can add dual climate controls and special exterior lights.
If you're looking for a well designed, robust and cleverly engineered people carries then you'll be hard pushed to better the Tourneo Connect from Ford. 5 or 7 seat - either way you know you're getting something extra practical with the commercial roots of this vehicle from Ford. Don't kid yourself, you're not getting a modern piece of art here; you're getting a simple and effective people carrying machine! Classic value for money from Ford as usual.
