BVRLA membership ensures the customer that they should expect the highest level of professionalism and integrity when using a BVRLA member.

All complaints will be responded to within 24 hours and we aim to resolve all complaints within 3 days where possible.
Our business is covered by the BVRLA Conciliation Service and the Financial Ombudsman Service. Any financial services complaints we cannot settle may be referred to either the BVRLA or the Financial Ombudsman Service. A copy of our complaints handling procedures can be supplied upon request.

The vehicle data displayed on the website are supplied by CAP AUTOMOTIVE. Whilst every effort is made to verify and ensure the accuracy of the data, the information should only be used as a guide and no decision should be made to purchase, hire or lease a specific vehicle without verification of the latest data from either the manufacturer or franchised dealer. All images on the website are for illustration purposes only.
Delivery timeframes quoted are subject to credit clearance, deposit payments being received along with all signed order forms and contracts being received by Intelligent Car Leasing Limited.
Contract Hire payments are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. Personal Contract Hire rates are inclusive of VAT. All quotations include Road Fund Licence for the contractual period. The servicing element (if applicable) includes all routine maintenance, servicing, tyres, batteries, exhausts and necessary repair cost with the exception of accident damage. All pricing is correct at the time of print, unless changes in vehicle prices announced by the manufacturer or any fluctuations in FHBR. These figures do not constitute an offer. All applications subject to credit approval. Errors and Omissions excluded.
All contracts brokered by Intelligent Car Leasing Limited are subject to a £250 including VAT documentation/handling fee.
In the event you wish to cancel your vehicle order your deposit taken will be non refundable. Deposit payments will be refunded upon delivery of your ordered vehicle. Refunds will be made to the original payment card with 2-4 working days after delivery.

At Intelligent Car Leasing, we are currently in the process of enhancing our existing data protection systems and processes in order to meet the new GDPR standards.

What Personal Data Does Intelligent Car Leasing Gather?
Intelligent Car Leasing will only gather personal data that is necessary for the purposes of processing new orders. Personal data will generally only be collected directly from you. However, sometimes we may collect your personal data from another person, for instance a fleet manager, where the nature of your business with us necessitates this or if you are using our fleet management software. We do not collect any sensitive data, except where a physical or mental health vulnerability is disclosed directly to us during the process of an order.
How Will Intelligent Car Leasing Use My Personal Data?
Your data will be used for processing orders, ongoing contract communications, critical in-life contract services and notifications, [fleet management services] and for optional marketing communications. Your data may be communicated to selected third parties in order to progress your order, for example, to our select panel of finance providers or approved dealerships. Intelligent Car Leasing aim to ensure that these third parties have sufficient data security measures in place when handling your data, and our monitoring of these measure will be enhanced according to our GDPR plan.
How Is Personal Data Stored At Intelligent Car Leasing?
Intelligent Car Leasing have existing physical, technical and organisational systems in place to ensure the safeguarding of personal client data which are being enhanced in line with GDPR recommendations. Personal data in physical and digital formats is stored in data centre locations within the UK and Ireland. Personal data stored in marketing software platforms or email archives may be stored in EU or US locations, however these are compliant with GDPR and privacy shield frameworks. Intelligent Car Leasing have adopted strict confidentiality and data protection policies in relation to your data which all staff must adhere to and acknowledge annually.
How Are Intelligent Car Leasing Preparing For GDPR?

We collect personal information when you use our services and the panels and any surveys on this site. We may also receive information about you from our business partners or marketing firms. We ask you for personal data only when it is needed for any services you have enquired about or asked us to provide or for participation in any panels, surveys or other activities in which you are taking part on the site or to respond to your requests for information.

- SUBSIDIARIES AND STRATEGIC PARTNERS - We share certain information with subsidiaries under our control and also with our affiliated businesses but we only share client information relating to a transaction with that business.

In considering your application we or our financiers will search your record at credit reference agencies. They will add to your record details of our searches and this will be seen by other organisations that make searches. Searches will also be made in respect of directors and partners of firms applying for credit. Information held about you by the credit reference agencies may already be linked to records relating to other people with whom you have a financial association. In connection with your application you may be treated as financially linked with them and assessed with reference to any such associated records. If you are a joint applicant or if you have told us of some financial association with another person, you are declaring that you are entitled to:
- Disclose information about your joint applicant and anyone referred to by you.
- Authorise us to search, link or record information at credit reference agencies about you and anyone else referred to by you. It is important that you give us accurate information. We or our financiers will check your details with fraud prevention agencies and if you give us false or inaccurate information and we suspect fraud, we will record this.
These records will be shared with other organisations and used by us and them to: help make decisions about credit and credit related services such as insurance for you and members of your household.
Other companies sometimes ask us to market their products and/or services on our site and we sometimes send these offers to our clients on behalf of these other businesses. When we do this, we do not give that business your name and address. If you don't want to receive such communication, please let us know by emailing us at email@example.com.

- authorise us to search, link or record information at credit reference agencies about you and anyone else referred to by you
- Your credit record will note details of your agreement with the leasing provider, the payments you make under it and any default or failure to keep to its terms and any change of address you fail to tell the leasing provider about where a repayment is overdue.
These records will be shared with other organisations and used by us and them to help make decisions about credit and credit related services such as insurance for you and members of your household; trace debtors, recover debt and to manage your accounts.For these purposes we or they may make further searches. Although the searches will be added to your record, they will not be shared with others. If you give us false or inaccurate information and fraud is identified, details will be passed to the fraud prevention agencies.
We and other organisations may also share, access and use this information to prevent fraud and money laundering, for example when:
- checking details on applications for credit and credit related or other facilities
- managing credit and credit related accounts or facilities
- recovering debt
- checking details on proposals and claims for all types of insurance
- checking details of job applicants and employees
- In addition, law enforcement agencies may access and use this information.
We and other organisations may access and use from other countries the information recorded by fraud prevention agencies. For these purposes we or they may make further searches. Although these searches will be added to your record, they will not be shared with others.
We may edit this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on the site.
