Core Benefits
Core Benefits are available to you by default and consist of four main aspects: Financial, Health & Wellbeing, Leave Entitlement, and Social, Charity & Community.
Examples of the core benefits you could expect, depending on role, include a company car, mobile phone, life insurance and stress down days.
Flexible Benefits
Flexible Benefits allow you to pick and choose a range of additional benefits that suit you best. You are allocated 10 points to spend on any benefits you wish.
These can include buying more holidays and fully expensed car parking to an enhanced pension or private healthcare.
Optional Benefits
Optional Benefits are in addition to Core and Flexible Benefits. Optional Benefits let you sacrifice a portion of your gross monthly pay in return for a non-cash benefit.
With our optional benefits, you are expected to ‘give a little to gain a lot‘. Here you can choose to Salary Sacrifice for a fully leased car, take part in our cycle to work scheme or organise a health screening appointment.
